UNACEM North America has an internal recruitment department. At times, UNACEM-NA may require assistance from temporary staffing agencies on a contract or direct hire basis. Agencies are hereby specifically directed NOT to contact any UNACEM-NA employees directly in an attempt to present candidates. UNACEM-NA Human Resources must present ALL candidates to hiring managers.
To protect the interest of both parties, UNACEM North America will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than candidates directly. Unsolicited resumes sent by an agency directly to any UNACEM-NA employee, fax machine, or email address will be considered UNACEM-NA property. UNACEM North America will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume and any agency that submits an unsolicited resume will be considered referred by the agency and free of any charges or fees to Tehachapi Cement or Drake Cement.
An agency must receive written approval from UNACEM-NA’s Recruitment Department to submit resumes and only in conjunction with a valid, fully executed contract for service and include the specific requisition number. UNACEM North America will not pay a fee to any agency that does not have an executed agreement in place.
Valid agreements will be signed by the Human Resources Corporate Manager and/or CEO only. No other UNACEM North America employee is authorized to approve any agreement regarding the placement of candidates by agencies.
